All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email sai@scoutthecity.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
